The stands and the rebuild
The ground has an east and a west stand, joined by a north stand from 2012. In 2011 it went through a substantial rebuild worth around two million euros, opened on 12 April that year: the east stand was renovated and the west stand rebuilt from scratch and roofed, with the club's own rooms inside it. The north stand went up between February and April 2012.
Capacity figures differ: general references give about 9,200, while the club's own site states 8,300 — a gap that probably comes from the north stand having no seats. The pitch is natural grass, and the same works added an artificial-turf training pitch beside it.
The first match under lights
Floodlights went up ahead of the 2014/15 season, and the first match under them was played on 29 September 2014, when Novi Pazar beat Jagodina 3:0 at home. Most home games have been evening fixtures since — which, in a basin that holds its summer heat late into the day, is also the practical answer.
